Top 9 Reasons Why You Must Not Skip Breakfast!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast provides you with the energy and nutrients that leads to increased concentration throughput the course of the day (Emphasis mine). Studies show that breakfast is/can be important in maintaining a healthy body weight.
Recent studies show that this may or may not be entirely true but both school of thoughts agree that after resting/fasting through the night, the body needs a rebooting. And breakfast serves this purpose.

1. B = Better Energy 
Apart from providing us with energy,  breakfast foods are good sources of  nutrients such as calcium, iron, protein,  fibre and Vitamin B which is essential for growth and functionality. 

2. R = Rad Strength 
Breakfast equips you with the right nutrients which gives the body strength to function into the day.

3. E = Erase all forms of Ulcer traces. 
The easiest way to ensure that you do not become an Ulcer patient is to get in the habit of eating breakfast daily.

When your body is well fed, your nerves become more active and transmits information that are easily registered in the brain. In otherwords,  you don't need to be told to shine your eyes.

5.  K = Keen observation.
This is simple. A healthy breakfast will keep your eyes open whether you are behind the wheels or on the streets.  ( this depends on what breakfast you eat. If you load up on eba and Egusi,  then oyo for you).

6.  F = Fast and furious
A healthy dose of breakfast keeps you on your toes.

7. A = Action
Once your body is active,  it's becomes natural to take sound action.

8. S = Sound Judgement
When that body have been given what is needed, intuition kicks in and making sound judgement is the only logical thing to do.

9. T = TLC
Because your body needs pampering every now and then. Why work so hard and not enjoy the fruits of your body's labors.  Kick start the healthy regimen by investing in some quality breakfast and by that I don't mean Eko or ogi and bread.  Ensure to add protein, fibre, iron and calcium to your morning doses for better results.
