Hi all,
Happy weekend to you all. It's official. We are Live! Welcome to EasyLivingDose. Dreams do come true when you don't give up on them. I am so excited to finally start this chapter of my life and share it with you all. I have been at it for quite some time working diligently to give you the right tips and tools for living an easy life. It's not farfetched. It is something that can be achieved.
I am a living testimonial of taking life a step a time. Life can be easy when we consciously try to keep ourselves preoccupied with the right thoughts and work towards our own happiness within ourselves.
I've always wanted to be a support system for ordinary people like myself. So hopefully, we can start this journey of self awareness together and realise that we don't have to necessarily worry our asses off to look like supermodels in glossy magazines or have all the money in the world before we can look or feel good about ourselves. Do you agree? I do. Which is why I must show you how. Whether it's what to wear and where to buy?, where to go to or how to not stay mad for more than five minutes.
I am super stoked to bring you daily doses of easy living tips. And for my first post, I introduce the 'What I wore' label which will feature quite prominently because what's a girl to do without her clothes? It's an easy life. Therefore I wear clothes that are super affordable and clearly well put together. Er, I should apologise in advance because I am a sucker for the monochromatic look. My living room wall testifies to this! Neutrals and pastels come to a close second in my hierarchy of colors. So you will see a lot of it here too (shameless)
For this outfit , I wore a peplum skirt in black bought from Aliexpress.com at $15 (The texture is super soft and the cut even more flattering. The double belt featured here is a pair I've owned for a few years for a little less than $5. The knit hollow out blouse is a rare find from a thrift store (again shameless😄 since I wore it so well and probably better than the real owner ). The Teal booties (Also thrifted) in this outfit is my current obsession. I love the hollow out strappy yet booted feel. And the color is divine. Who knew Teal could look and feel this good? And that ALDO purse is just the right finishing accessory.
Today's Notes:
1. If I can pull off a peekaboo mid riff baring outfit, then I damn well would.
2. I have no shame in gussying up in thriftred goods.
3. My confidence do not come from whether I am wearing a copy or an original .
4. Easy life starts with me living for me and loving myself and feeling great in whatever I wear.
5. I am gorgeous and I know it.
6. Second and third party compliments though welcome and appreciated are not what I live for .
